But rather than ask them to write 3 essays……which they would find laborious and ChatGPT could churn out in seconds…
We invite them to join a one-to-one call in which we ask them the assessment questions, and they answer them giving real life examples of work they are doing in their tech business.
And the recordings go through our internal verification process.
It’s practical, it’s focused on real work and it supports them to take the actions that will progress their team leadership and the performance of their teams.
