Gill is an experienced Executive Coach and studied Coaching in the Organisational Context for her MA. She has over 15 years’ experience of working as a coach and learning & development consultant with a wide range of organisations, including the public sector and corporate clients across the UK. Gill has coached directors, senior executives, elected members, clinicians, managers and front line staff. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals to enhance their capability and performance through coaching and developmental feedback.

Julia provides coaching for our public sector clients and is an experienced mentor within Further Education.  Julia is particularly skilled at nurturing confidence and supporting reflective practice amongst her coachees.  Julia is a first-choice coach for new managers and team leaders as her down to earth, practical approach enables them to lead the changes required to the organisational norms they and their staff work with.
