They were keen to learn about my experience when I was Head of Workforce Development in an NHS Trust. The interview focused on managing and ultimately leaving a team. I joined the Trust at a particularly challenging time in my life so although the experience is from 10 years ago, it has stayed with me! And more importantly I gained a huge amount of learning from managing the L&D team that I still use today.
