Overview
Managing Inappropriate Behaviour Forum Theatre Workshop
Forum Theatre is a drama-based learning approach which is an immersive, interactive learning experience. The learning is immediate and memorable, and actionable back in the work place .
In this half-day workshop our team of professional actors and expert facilitators, will guide you through scenarios that reflect the challenges you experience at work.
We do not ask delegates to role-play. Instead you be able to interview the characters, re-direct the scenes and discuss the issues in small facilitated groups.
Or team will present a short scenario showing a realistic conflict situation between two or more characters in the workplace. You will be able to re-direct the scenario to create the solution to the problems shown in the scene.
There will be an opportunity to identify and discuss successful conflict resolution strategies and techniques.
This approach is memorable, fun and very powerful.

- Causes of challenging behaviours
