- GROW and OSKAR models
- The importance of contracting
- Learning via reflection
- Virtual coaching and mentoring – adapting your skills, using the environment effectively

This short course consists of:
4-hours of self-paced online learning to be completed before joining the online workshops
4 x 90 minute online workshops delivered over 2 days on MS Teams.
1 x online coaching supervision (arranged individually).
