COVID put a spotlight on the importance of prioritising health and wellbeing.

It’s something that we take seriously here at Resound. We have found that focusing on our own wellbeing puts us in a much better place to support our clients. And because it makes such a difference, we have decided to create a couple of exciting offers for people who are looking to take some initial steps to improving their physical and mental wellbeing.

Improving your fitness will give you more energy, boost your mental wellbeing and make you feel great! But too often we put it on the back burner whilst we prioritise everything else.

Does this sound like you?

You’re clocking in long hours at work, often confined to a desk. Recently, worries about your future health have begun to creep in. You’re aware that your health needs improvement, and perhaps you’re carrying a few extra pounds. You want to make a change, but the sheer volume of contradicting diet and exercise advice available is daunting. You’re unsure of where to begin, and the complexity of it all feels overwhelming. But deep down, you know that the best time to start is now.

Our certified Level 4 Personal Trainer is ready to provide you and your team with a comprehensive Functional Fitness Assessment.

This can be delivered as a one-to-one for individuals or for small groups of up to 6 people, enabling them to understand their current physical health status.

Following the session, participants will have a clear understanding of their physical fitness and receive actionable guidance on activities and lifestyle alterations to enhance their wellbeing journey.

These are face-to-face sessions and can be delivered in London and Essex.

Creativity Boosters

We all benefit from participating in some form of creative expression. But often, our need for creativity gets drowned out.

Does this sound like you?

You are in a busy role and trying to navigate numerous changes at work along with a lot of uncertainty.  Maybe you are drowning in corporate bureaucracy, data sets and analysis whilst your heart and soul yearn for beauty, playfulness and joy.  Or perhaps your role demands high levels of creativity and you are finding it more and more difficult to find ideas, solutions.  And you just want that spark back.

One-to-one creativity booster

Our 90 minute creativity booster sessions are delivered online via video call.

You will receive a pack of resources ahead of the call which we will explore during the session.

For groups

We also offer half-day creative booster workshops for groups and teams of up to 12 people.

On the day:

We create a safe space in which your managers can experiment with different approaches, discuss issues openly and honestly and have fun. We do not ask our delegates to role-play.

Your managers can attend knowing they can get involved without risk. And we believe in injecting some serious fun into the learning process. Delegates will be able to interview the characters, re-direct the scenes and discuss the issues in small facilitated groups.

How does Forum Theatre deliver skills and knowledge development?

Forum Theatre is an approach which supports managers to explore and experiment with how they tackle those difficult behavioural issues within their teams and create a strategy for managing their team members effectively.

Topics include: effective performance management, conflict resolution, managing absence, hybrid working challenges, diversity and inclusion, and a whole host of thorny topics that your managers and leaders need to grapple with in order to motivate, inspire, and lead their teams to success.

Our Track Record

We have 18 years experience delivering forum theatre workshops and conferences for corporate, public and third sector organisations.

Our Forum Theatre approach is designed to be a catalyst for change, creating a safe space for managers to explore, experiment, and challenge conventional thinking.

"It was really important for me that these scenarios felt real and that we moved away from traditional slide decks for this type of training especially given the volume of people dialling in. The feedback has been fantastic and we look forward to working with you again in the future."
