Gill is an experienced Executive Coach and studied Coaching in the Organisational Context for her MA.
She has 20 years’ experience of working as a coach and learning & development consultant with a wide range of organisations, including the public sector and corporate clients across the UK.
Gill has coached directors, senior executives, elected members, clinicians, managers and front line staff.
She has a particular interest in supporting individuals to enhance their capability and performance through coaching and developmental feedback.
