Overview

Coaching Skills for Managers is ideal for all managers looking to bring coaching and mentoring approaches to their one-to-one meetings without the need for long, expensive courses.  This course is also an ideal first step into coaching and mentoring within the workplace.

You will be exploring:

  • Knowledge, skills and behaviours of the effective coach/mentor
  • GROW and OSKAR models
  • The importance of contracting
  • Learning via reflection
  • Virtual coaching and mentoring – adapting your skills, using the environment effectively
  • Practice sessions.

How is the course delivered?

This short course consists of:

4-hours of self-paced learning

4 x 90 minute online workshops delivered over 2 days on MS Teams.

1 x online coaching supervision (arranged individually).
